Frequently Asked Questions

Monthly assessment fees vary by subdistrict and property type. Please log in to the Resident Portal or contact HCA at (808) 452-9506 to confirm your current assessment amount.
Reservations can be made through the Resident Portal under “Reserve Amenity.” You can select available dates and times for the SoHo Pool, KUAPO Party Room, HANA Meeting Room, and Konane Pavilion.
Any exterior modifications — including painting, landscaping changes, additions, fencing, and solar panels — require Design Review Committee (DRC) approval prior to work beginning. Submit your request through the portal or contact HCA.
Work orders for common area issues can be submitted through the Resident Portal. You’ll receive a confirmation and can track your request status in real time.

During the Declarant Control Period, D.R. Horton Hawaii LLC (the developer) controls HCA and has the right to appoint board members and amend governing documents. This period continues while the developer is actively developing Ho‘opili, and will be released in stages.
